Compass is so proud to present our podcast series.

We will be interviewing a new guest each month to discuss their experience with success in the start-up space. Our introductory episode was released on October 15 to introduce the series.

Our first full-length episode will be released in late October and will feature Compass Co-Founder, Saam Mashhad.

Our second episode will be released on November 23 and will feature an interview with serial entrepreneur Thierry Lindor in which the unique struggles and opportunities for BIPOC in the innovation and start-up space are discussed.

Thierry also speaks about his new organization “Colours of COVID” and the importance of race-base data.
